These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of adaptisoft.com (the “Site”), operated by Adaptisoft LLC (“Adaptisoft,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site and our services
The Site describes Adaptisoft's managed service for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and lets you contact us. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services or a binding commitment. Pricing, service tiers, timelines, and capabilities described on the Site are informational and may change. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between Adaptisoft and your organization; if that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to learning about and contacting Adaptisoft. You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, probe or test their vulnerability, or interfere with their operation, including by overloading them;
- use automated means to access or copy the Site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it;
- submit false information, spam, or malicious content through the contact form; or
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
Information you submit
When you contact us through the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to share it. Please don't send passwords, credentials, or confidential customer data through the contact form. We handle what you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — are owned by Adaptisoft or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, you may view and print pages for your own non-commercial, informational use. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
Code samples. Code samples in our Insights articles are provided for illustration. You may copy and use them in your own projects, at your own risk and without warranty of any kind.
Trademarks. “Adaptisoft” and our logo are our trademarks. Microsoft, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Teams are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Adaptisoft is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Microsoft. Other names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions about the Site or our services, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites and services, such as Microsoft documentation and social networks. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
No professional advice
Articles and other content on the Site are general information about Dynamics 365 and related technology. They are not advice for your specific system. Test any change in a non-production environment before applying it to your own.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its content is accurate, complete, or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adaptisoft and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Adaptisoft harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, for any reason.
General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Adaptisoft about your use of the Site.
