Privacy Policy

Last updated October 8, 2026

The short version: we collect what you type into our contact form and the basic technical data any website receives. We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we never sell your information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Adaptisoft LLC (“Adaptisoft,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit adaptisoft.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it.

Scope. This policy covers the Site only. If your organization becomes an Adaptisoft client, data we process while delivering our managed service — including data in your Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 tenant — is governed by your service agreement and any data processing agreement with us, not by this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a pilot or contact us through the Site's form, we collect:

  • your name, work email address, and company name;
  • the number of Dynamics 365 users at your organization and the plan you're interested in, if you choose one; and
  • the message you write to us.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, the Site's servers receive basic technical information when you load a page: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. Our hosting provider uses this information to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.

Cookies and tracking

The Site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we don't use third-party trackers or pixels. Because we don't track you across sites or sell or share personal information, there is no tracking for browser “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals to turn off.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to your request, including follow-up about the pilot or question you asked us about;
  • operate, secure, and maintain the Site, including preventing spam and abuse of the contact form; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We don't add you to a marketing list or send you newsletters unless you ask us to. We don't use your information for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:

  • With service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions — currently Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivery of contact-form submissions to our inbox), and our email provider;
  • For legal reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Adaptisoft, our clients, or others; and
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the recipient will be bound to handle your information consistently with this policy.

How long we keep information

We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete them unless we need to keep them to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Server logs held by our hosting provider are kept for a limited period under its own retention practices.

How we protect information

The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to submissions is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we hold.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live — for example, in a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, or in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom — you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to data portability or to object to or restrict certain processing.

To make a request, email privacy@adaptisoft.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have handled your information unlawfully, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

For visitors in the EEA and UK: we process contact-form information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and for our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and keeping the Site secure.

International visitors

Adaptisoft is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Data protection laws there may differ from those where you live. By using the Site, you understand your information will be processed in these locations.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

The Site links to third-party sites, such as Microsoft documentation and social networks you can share articles to. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we'll provide additional notice on the Site.
