- Under ten users, per-seat pricing is trivial and misaligned — you'd pay less exactly as the agents do more. Flat tiers keep our incentives on outcomes, not head-count.
- What's the commitment?
- A 12-month term. To make getting started easy, we waive the onboarding fee (normally $5–10k) when you sign.
- Who pays for the Copilot Studio usage?
- At this volume it's small (typically $40–200/mo) and billed to your own Microsoft tenant, so you stay in control. We can bundle an allowance later once your volumes are known.
- How do the 'from' prices work?
- Every firm's setup is a little different. The 'from' price is the floor; we confirm the exact monthly figure on your pilot call once we understand your environment.
